I'm a Hospitality Telecommunications Technician.  That's a fancy term I created to define my position; it means I work on phone systems for hotels.  The company I work for is the number one Mitel dealer in the hospitality market, so naturally I've learned a thing or two about various Mitel platforms.  I'll be working on housing some of that information here.
