Adding a user in a google apps account is very easy! All you need is administrative privileges to the google apps account. You have administrative rights if you have a 'manage domain' option at the top right after you login:  If you don't have a "Manage this domain" link, you can't add users and you'll need to contact your google apps administrator. Assuming you do have the link, click it! Then select 'users and groups' near the top of the next page:  Now it's a simple matter of selecting 'create new user' and filling out the next form! Note that the form will include the temporary password at the bottom.  |
